The challenge at The Paper Variety this week is to create a paper project that includes a family member's title or include the word "family." One of the challenges at Scrappin-n-chattin is to use a polaroid photo. I've had this photo hanging or tucked away in various places for over 30 years. It's time to give it a safe place in the family scrapbook album. The journaling talks about my father-in-law (Grandpa Nick) taking his first airplane trip to come visit us at Christmas in 1979.
Cardstock from recolletions; patterned paper and letters from colorbok; snowflake from my stash; journal tag fussy cut from Michael's $1 tags.
What a precious layout Vicki! Love that Polaroid style pic :) Thanks for sharing with our The Paper Variety "family" :)

Great layout Vicki. I love the colors, and the way the page is laid out. Perfect subject for both challenges. Thanks for joining us at TPV.
