The challenge at Frosted Designs is polka dots, the challenge at About A Boy is use circles. The washi tape and letters on the title have polka dots as well as the brown paper behind the ticket. I used a large circle behind the picture, and three smaller circles to hold the circular embellies. Photo is of my husband and son from 1980.
