When I saw this doll at a thrift store I knew I needed to get pictures as this was the first doll my oldest daughter had back in the mid-1970s. I asked my daughter what happened to her doll and found out she still has it, but it's not in as good a condition as the one in the pictures.
This layout is for two challenges - the sketch from
Frosted Designs and the colors from the photo inspiration at
Papercraft Star to create a project that includes: At least one die cut or stamped image, a metal element or button and two different patterned papers. My die cut is the circle (cricut -george and basic shapes cartridge) done in chocolate brown.
Awesome job!!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat take on both challenges and what a treasure to find something like that at a thrift store and then to find out your daughter still has hers..Aaaaw!!
ReplyDeletethnx for playing along with us girls over at Frosted Designs

What a fun story about the doll ! My daughter lost hers out of her stroller at the mall - its joints were taped together, it had been so loved. Thanks for sharing with us this week at Papercraft Star !!
