Road Trip

The challenge at Lasting Memories is to create a layout using just one color. I picked green and grabbed some patterned paper I got in a matched package from Big Lots, added a few pieces of cardstock, some flowers and leaves, punched out the butterflies from shiny green cardstock and added key lime liquid pearls. Removed the silver backing on the title so it would be only shades of green. Even used a green journaling pen. It was a fun challenge.

I love this sketch form Stuck On U Sketches and used it for a waterfall layout.

Journaling says "To Charlie the key to a perfect family vacation is a pool. Because he"  Entering this layout as Scrap Our Stash (tic tac toe challenge top row - used washi tape, 3 buttons and a chipboard key - all items I've had for at least a year) and at Use Your Words (use the word family in the title or journaling).

I love this sketch from Creative Scrappers and will be using it again. Layout is another of feeding the ducks and fish.

Feeding Frenzy

We had so much fun feeding the fish and the ducks. Probably spent $5 a quarter at a time. The fish would jump out of the water and the ducks would step right on the fish - all in a fight to get the food first.
