sweet denise

When I found the picture of Denise, sitting at the telephone table, I knew I had to scrap it. Some friends and I had been talking about kids today not knowing what a dial phone was or that phones werenn't always cordless. Then I found the sketch about at Sketchy Thursday and everything came together. I'm not sure of the exact date, but the outfit she is wearing was a 1st birthday gift.

Maze Album

A friend at work (who has never scrapbooked before and asked for my help) is getting married and wants to make a gift for the maid of honor. She did some research on the internet and found a maze album. I made this album for practice and like how it turned out.

I found the instructions for folding and cutting here. Since this makes 16 pages plus the cover I used 9 photos and just embellished the other pages. It was fun to make and I will be making more.

Caterpillar Card

A quick card I made for my youngest grandson's birthday. When he opened it his older brother saw the google eyes and said, "That's from grandma. She makes cards like that." Can't tell from the picture, but I used an Action Wobbler under the caterpillar so it moves.
